Balance is the word for the day.
I am a Libran so that is the word for me every day. I am always seeking balance. Today it is balancing hormones. Balancing points of view. Balancing the spiritual with the physical. Balancing poses in my yoga - some days I don't even attempt them.
Balancing grief and with relief that the pain is over and celebration of a life well lived with missing that person sooo much.
Balance. Balance. Balance.
may we all find balance if just for this moment.

Mama Kia
Our dear friend Mama Kia Dived Into Eternity on Saturday night, February 20 at 5:16 p.m. Florida time.
Kia touched some many hearts and lives and made such an enormous difference on this planet.
Right now board members and a benefactor are meeting with Marie and Allen in Florida. They are discussing how to continue and expand Kia's work.
What she created will go on and it will grow!!
Kia will be remembered and her dreams will flourish.
I will keep you posted.
As always we can help by making donations to www.chandlersky,org to support the Casa, the children and all her projects in the Sacred Valley.
Right now the orphanage has been evacuated due to heavy flooding. The roof needs repair. The children are in Cusco. Inhabitants in the Sacred Valley will need help as well since the crops were destroyed and even Macchu Pichu is not accessible at this time.
The good news is that donations to www.chandlersky.org now and throughout the years to come will help.
Mama Kia is in the arms of the Beloved. Long live Kia's spirit and her love in all of our hearts.

SHOCK
SHOCK
It happens.
You never know where it is coming from.
In fact, yesterday, I was actually shocked by an electric outlet. Twice!! I didn't even remember that it had happened. But, an hour or so later my entire system crashed and I almost lost consciousness. Thankfully, I was with an amazing osteopath/healer and he immediately treated the symptoms of vascular deprivation. He told me later it felt to him like I had had an electrical shock. Mmm. Crazy. I did not even remember that I had indeed received an electric shock - until later that even when a loud bang refreshed my memory banks.
Today I received the kind of shock you get when you hear SHOCKING NEWS. The system goes into overload. Akal and Patrcia pointed out that thankfully, my nervous system is getting stronger so I am now able to roll with the punches and absorb the shocks more easily.
So when Shocks happen it is good to be Roadrunner. Be ready to change the direction you were going in a heartbeat. And be open to newer and bigger and maybe even better possibilities.

Happy Valentine's Day
Happy Valentine's Day. We gave ourselves a very special and very expensive gift this year. We fenced in the new lot we bought next door. Now our beautiful four legged babies have a wonderful, huge and exciting new yard to explore.
They are very happy and that makes us very happy.

Joseph is Coming
Joseph Mark Cohen is coming to town next week.
He is a brilliant Kaballah teacher.
He is giving a presentation on Egypt and Ani Williams will be playing the Harp and Holly Luky will be Belly Dancing.
This is all at the Sedona Creative Life Center on February 16 at 7 p.m.

Synchronicity
You gotta love the synchronicities.
Akal and I were just driving back from a Cottonwood run. I said - "Do you believe we live in Arizona? How did that happen?'
Then I remembered - this was all Akal. When I had my Costa Rica vision, he was the one who said ; "let's just go to Sedona for a few days. You can calm down and then we will see."
That few days spread into 2 months.
Just as we were talking about that two months the phone rang. I recognized the voice - from the past but could not find the name. It was Neil Sauer. Neil was the person who stayed in our Toronto apartment for those two months we were in Sedona!!
What are the odds. Haven't heard from him in 16 years. He said he went looking for us in Costa Rica five years agho but we had already decamped. He is coming to Sedona in a few days so we will get caught up in his life.
Do you not think that even though we did not consciously know he was going to call us - that thread, the fluid, the consciousness that connects us all made us feel his vibration because he was thinking of us. And not knowing why we started to explore the time period when we once knew Neil. Something in us was giving us a clue and preparing us for the call. If we could spread out our antenae just a bit more and tune in clearer we would all be connected to the true Internet.

Jin Shin
Jin Shin Jyutsu is an amazing healing tool. My neighbor Aurora happens to be one of the best practitioners in the world.
She is one of our consultants at Sedona Red Rock Tours. Every client I have ever sent to her - loves her and loves Jin Shin

WOLF MOON
It's a beautiful Sedona Sun Day - but don't be fooled the influence of that Wolf Moon can still be felt.f
We are all howling just a little bit louder - and jostling for dominance. Alpha, Alpha, Alpha Wolf!
Remember only two alpha's per pack. But there are other great positions. There's the Enforcer, The Peace Maker, The Trickster, The Lover, The Playful One, The Joyous One, The Heart, The Soul, The Nurturer and so much more.
And the best part is we can take turns trying on each role, expressing ourselves through new Wolf Masks. Exploring our truth and the depths of our Being.
