Ha Ha Ha

Today is the International Day of laughter.  Imagine a day set aside to laugh - and to do it with the whole World!!

A Laughing Yoga Instructor joined us this morning at my Yoga class.
We learned  HA HA HA HO HO HO - try it - really opens the jaw and throat.
And then the dance across hot sand laugh with the relief of the cool ocean laugh.

Then there was the Ants in the pants laugh and the Lion - stick out your tongue and look fierce laugh.
Finally, the Namaste laugh.

 It's good to laugh - anytime, anywhere, anyhow.

I'm Back

I went away to Canada in March for a few days and got out of the habit of blogging.  But now I'm back.
